Purview 2 : STATE OF THE VEHICLE

Purview 5 : INSURANCES

a.. The tenant is guaranteed for the following risks:

Purview 6 : REGULATION - GUARANTY - REMITTANCE - OVERTIME ANNULMENT - REPATRIATION OF THE VEHICLE

In case of annulment for a reason to justify, the tenant must pay for 20% on the global amount of the renting as expenses of annulment.

Purview 7 : DOCUMENT OF THE CAR

Purview 8 : RESPONSIBILITY

Of explicit convention, and in any contention case the courthouse of Marrakech will be alone competent, expenses of registration stamps remain to the tenant's load.
